Book Design
The Mulvane Art Museum is located on the campus of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Established in 1924, it was one of the first art museums west of the Mississippi and today houses over 6,000 works with a strong focus on American and regional artists.
Celebrating the centennial in 2024, the museum wanted to commemorate the milestone with a series of books. There were a total of four books focusing on the history of the museum, permanent collection, art restoration and artist contributions. Each book features a foil stamp cover with a blind emboss slipcover. The book collection is presented in a slipcase with foil stamped front and sides.
