The digital transformation department of Crop Science at Bayer utilizes emerging technologies to further a competitive advantage over their competitors and enhance their customer experience. This starts with data science, which can provide digital tools to predictive and prescriptive capabilities to farmers in terms of when to plant, how to plan, and how to carry out crop protection to get the best yield through the most efficient use of products.
While Bayer's brand standards play a large role in how campaigns fit within the overall brand, the digital transformation department wanted a campaign that set them apart from other departments. The main objective for the campaign was to attract the brightest minds in the digital tech space to join their forward thinking group. We accomplished this with using bold geometric illustrations that simplified complex concepts all while staying within the Bayer color palette and brand elements.
